We’re entering an important phase of the project, so here are some key updates:
⏰ BackerKit Survey – Deadline October 1st
There’s less than one month left before the BackerKit survey closes on October 1st.
After that date, we’ll lock all orders and confirm the final production numbers with our partners. This is the final deadline to confirm your pledge and secure your rewards.
⚠️ Please make sure to complete your survey as soon as possible. It's foundamental if you want to receive your rewards. If you can’t find it in your inbox (especially if you used an Apple ID on Kickstarter), reach out to us right away so we can help.
This is also your last chance to upgrade your pledge including one of these amazing add-ons to your final order:

70% BackerKit Surveys Completed 🚀 Priority shipping deadline postponed: August 11th🗓️

Hello dear backers, hope you are well!
Here's a little update about the backerkit surveys we sent and some news we need to share.
We fixed a few important issues in the BackerKit survey regarding shipping fees:
✅ Free shipping on pledges over $200 ( 170 euros) is now correctly applied. (it didn't worked for some items, now it works for all the rewards)
✅ Orders with only pins now show free shipping as promised.
✅ Some EU countries (like Ireland and Slovakia) were mistakenly categorized as “Rest of World,” which caused higher shipping rates — this has now been corrected.
🔁 If you previously checked your survey and noticed one of these issues, please review it again now — the problems should be resolved.
If anything still looks off — especially if you’re located in the EU but still being charged international rates or if the free shipping offer doesn't work — please let us know directly so we can fix it as soon as possible.

BackerKit Surveys were out only for 10 days, and today a whopping 70% of our backers already filled in their surveys! Well done! 🥳
As we had already mentioned, we confirm that we'll close officially the surveys on october 1st, 2025. This is because we're working hard to meet our deadlines and by october we would like to have a pretty realistic estimate of the stuff we have to produce to align with the agreements we did with the producers and the shipping company.
We want to remind you that if you do not complete the Survey that Backerkit sent you before the final deadline, we will not be able to send you your physical rewards. So if you still have postponed, please do it now!

The Hierophant pins and the prints (canvas, paper posters, holoprints) are already under production, but they will be ready for shipments only after August 11th. That's why we decided to extend the possibility of accessing priority shipping by 10 days.
So if you want to get your pins and prints before everyone else without having to wait for 2026, that's your last chance!

How can I upgrade my reward to another reward?
You can upgrade your pledge level from inside the Backerkit survey in the question 1 :

If you have logged in with your Apple ID, but do not have an Apple Pay account, check out the steps below to make sure you receive your BackerKit survey.

- When should I reply to the survey?
ASAP!⏰ The sooner you fill in the survey, the sooner we will know how many items and add-ons we will ship, and where to. The information will help us quickly organize the production process.
- I'm a digital backer, do I need to fill in the shipping page?
If at the end of your survey you have in your cart only digital product, just insert "N/A" in all fields to be filled in.
- I want to change my shipping address. Can I do that?
Sure you can. You can make changes to the shipping address at any time before we close the surveys. Once locked, you'll not be able to make any changes.

This will allows us to bring Aeternum to life, matching all the expectations and even more! Thanks to this campaign we have the chance to create one of the best tarot deck you ever seen. It will be legendary! The wait is still long, but it will be definitely worth it! ;)
Now What’s Next?
We know some of you are very experienced with Kickstarter, but we are also aware we have many first-time backers with us, and we would like to let you know the next 3 steps of the process.
1. PAYMENTS
Kickstarter will now process your payment. This can take up to 10-14 days for the payments to be processed. We don't have any control over this process as it will be in the hands of the Kickstarter platform. So please be patient!
FAQ: What happens if my payment failed?
Kickstarter will send you instructions on what to do and attempt to process your pledge using the credit card you provided. We understand that some of you may have encountered issues, so Kickstarter will make another attempt in the coming days. Often, the problem relates to 'two-factor authorization.' Please pay closer attention to your bank's messages in the upcoming days.
Additionally, this might occur if your card has expired or if the payment has been flagged as fraudulent (which happens quite frequently). Here are some possible solutions:
- Ensure that you are logged into your Kickstarter account.
- If you're experiencing issues with the first card, try using a different one.
- Contact your bank to resolve any card-related issues (sometimes, you simply need to authorize the payment).
Follow the steps Kickstarter advises, and they will re-charge your card in a few days. If the problem persist, email [email protected]. If it that doesn't work, message us at [email protected], will try to help and fix.
2. PLEDGE MANAGER/BACKERKIT
During the next month or so, we will email you a link to our Pledge Manager and instructions on how to use the Pledge Manager. Don't worry...is easy!
It will be a website where you will be able to login and manage your pledge to Aeternum. This will allow you to:

Enter your shipping address + phone number + additional info (name, request on the custom sketch, etc...)

UPGRADE your Pledge/Add additional items, including multiple copies of the deck and add-ons, to your reward.
- Pay the remaining balance (shipping costs + upgrades)
3. WORKING HARD ON THE ARCANA ARTWORKS and THE BOOKS/ JOIN OUR FB GROUP
From today, we will work hard to make the Aeternum deck as badass as possible. I still have to draw many cards and I can't wait to share them with you! We also have a lot of work to do on the books, especially the "Diary of the Errant". Hope to have a preview to show as soon as possible. But don't worry, of course we will share regular updates on our progress until the end.
